I want to bring awareness to over complication so that we can see when it's there, and hopefully stop ourselves before we make a uncomplicated situation more complicated. When we can provide clarity by either picking up the phone or saying what we want to say, or just being very specific about something, those are just ways that you can create clarity,. which is what we're trying to do.
