When we get the angriest at our kids, it's usually because they're behaving in a way that we have experienced before. They are kind of reenacting patterns that we've seen do out our lives. And this is getting triggered for us. That thread gets pulled around people who don't respect our boundaries starting at a very young age. So our job as parents is to recognize the flashback of the anger and express from it.
