I spend a hours a day talking to people, rai'tke, getting feedback, or working with them on projects. So someone struggling with something, well, jump on and help them do the thing. That's a constant process of irrations with teams. We do a lot of workshops as well, my team in particular. Its really easy to skip things, and docks especialy, if you know how something should work. But when you have someone with fresh eyes come in, it is immediately apparent what's missing from the docks.
