How to Build Momentum Goals Early in the Year

You need an alarm clock. You need constant reminders in your planner or on your phone to remind you of these big goals that you have. By February 26th, whatever it is, have momentum building goals in your year so that you start feeling like you've got momentum towards your goals by hitting some easier ones earlier in the year. The elite have this bizarre alarm clock that goes off in their head almost every hour that says, what did I do to get there? And they course correct make adjustments and get refocused. Right at the top of every hour, just this thing hits me and it's a muscle I built. But most people need a reminder.
