WKO and WKO Progression Monitoring Um Is It Really Useful?

I find that something like MFTP in WKO sometimes is more reflective of what an athlete actually can hold sustainably over a slightly longer period of time than the calculated critical power. I think repeating if you would kind of take the idea that there are only going to be a certain amount of workouts that um you know that are optimal for that athlete and what they're working on at that point in time. It's very useful to actually repeat the same kind of workout design so you have that more direct comparison with how we then go about progressing those workouts. You can essentially let the athlete find you know there the right level of progression and not sort of impose that fairly arbitrarily from from the coach side
