Setting a Goal Is a Good Thing

When you're setting a goal it's talking to the different parts of your psyche like so that kind of innocent child part of you that's like really really excited. There's also more of them maybe the mature older car who's like yeah but that's going to take a lot of work if I'm going to go quicker than I've ever gone before. So what you're doing is holding these two different parts of you and kind of ideally combining them so that you you indulge both and perform at your best when it comes to race day in particular.
