Most of the athletes, a in general, ere going to go higher in salt when they come. We're n to add salt o almost always, very few times have i gone out wen to cut this back. Most do ah, but in my carbohydrate, i do carbohydrates on one of those that is pretty moderate. But i try and eat clean food, so i i'd notice. And i tend to be slightly low blood pressure. So again, to reiterate, the warnings are that if somebody is a prehybretensionor has ypretension, r obese, you really do need to be careful with your sodium intake. Many people seem to find that they feel better
