Do the risk of injury increase with age, or can those aged 60 plus still achieve good pace and endurance? By building in lots of recovery between heavier efforts. Most athletes get injured, most runners get injured, is because they're impatient. If you haven't got patience, if you want it to happen immediately, it's not going to work. Your body is not going to be ready to do it immediately. You've got to be patient at te eas yes - that's deferently good advice.
