There's a reason why when you see premium priced products, i mean, if there's not a reason why it's premium, then you don't question the brand. Minerals are all of them, many of them at least and they could say a complete molty. So beware of that word. If your multi vitamin is a candy, and here's a cabiot like, i like mult i like gummies. I think gummies are just bad for multi vitamens. For like a stand alone calcium, or maybe stand alone other nutrients, they make a lot of sense. And it's fun to switch it up.
