When thoughts, emotions and physical sensations are not easily recognized, they may be confused with one another. So i'd love for you to pull up on your computer, on your gougle, a list of emotions. It can really be helpful to tease out thes different kinds of emotions that we are having. And then you can see the difference from thinking about these emotions and actually also having physical sensations. Remember, in the mountain meditation that we have done in the past, the clouds just pass by the mountain.
