Does Caffeine Affect Endogenous Carbohydrate Use?

Caffeine is generally talked about as something that increases fat oxidation and I think if you're sitting in a chair it probably does. If you however ingest caffeine in very high dose it may actually do the opposite or it may not do the opposite but it may stimulate carbohydrate metabolism more. The effect of caffeine on exogenous carbohydrates so from from your drink we've done a couple of studies and the first study we gave a like fairly low amount of carbohydrate but a very high dose of caffeine. So there was no different in that study there was no difference in the in the absorption. Now where does it go from kind of low intensity to this high intensity? I'm not exactly sure.
