"There's no such thing as speeding up recovery from something, right? We can only enhance the depth of recovery. So I think here it's pretty simple is that number one is you got to make sure the fuel is topped up," he says. "And then I think more importantly is the post recovery, which often it often includes, you know, not just after the marathon, but after the hard training sessions."
