How Do You Evaluate a Company's Performance?

I think candidates today, they want the perks, right? I mean, who wouldn't want all the fun things that some of the companies offer? And we'll at VMware, we have like Nick Jonas came in one time and Ariana Grande, like, come on, it was crazy. It was a lot of who would want to stay noted those things. But I think companies want to belong or candidates want to belong to companies where there's good alignment to their values and to their purpose. That's part of why we win candidates and when talent is because of that.
