I don't think that there's a true understanding from a consumer education side of what the value of a certified pre-owned vehicle is versus what I have. Look, needless to say, it shows up in your default ratios, your warranty claims and whatnot later on in the lesson called that car. It just makes sense to play the long game as a dealer period because you end up benefiting in other ways economically 100%.
