There are several different schools of thought on tat longer intervals, shorter intervals with short rest or fast start intervals. Starting harter and ten easy and maybe a little bit easier. I mean, there like the really short and high sessions are important. And especially, again, dit the age group, ha, just on them t they struggle really to to recover. They can't sleep the whole night.
