The first thing to think about starting with a nouns and being as specific and quantifiable as possible on the outcome. The clear you are in your agenda and that desired outcome, the easier it will be to know who are the right people to invite. There are really three different kinds of people that can come to your meeting; they don't actually need to sit through the meeting. You just have to get some information or share what you're doing and make sure that they're okay with it.
