In the last 18 months, levels of stress were like a global pandemic. Most people are in a much higher level of stress than they were before. People weren't sleeping properly at all. And if they were sleeping, they were having crazy nightmares. The main thing though is nightmares are not a bad sign. They're actually an immune response from our internal psychology. If you have a stressful traumatic experience, you are supposed to dream about it. You know what I'm saying? It's like scabbing on your arm and that might be kind of unsightly. But a scab can allow healing to occur beneath the surface. So we need to dream about being wounded or injured
