And if they were sleeping, they were having crazy nightmares. The main thing though is nightmares are not a bad sign. They're actually an immune response from our internal psychology. If you have a stressful traumatic experience, you are supposed to dream about it. You know what I'm saying? It's like scabbing on your arm and that might be kind of unsightly. But a scab can allow healing to occur beneath the surface. So we need to dream about being wounded or injured
