In the beginning, i was like realy in to run by mechanics because my physioterapy backcrond and twas my own weaker discipline. So i really tried to figure it out, maybe over analyzed as well. A think now it's less that, and i want to make sure key principles are good. Reallelike get the most out of every session, which is the most important in my eyes. We do some analysis of a plimetric strength a combined with a physiological profile, where we determine how we approach the run. And i think it's always the the key determined.
