What Do You Expect Out of a Sales Leader?
The real size is a key lever persona to some extent, not that you can pick up different industries and personas. Having the awareness to learn a new industry and persona are two categories of must have before you kick off the search of the deal sizes. And I think one of the things that you said around the domain expertise is people get so locked in on you know I just want property tack or health tech, and you lose the opportunity around innovation. So much insight included in that answer and a number of different directions we could go as far as possible. We're very complimentary about each other's process which sort of goes back to where my mind comes from.
