Seed oils are high in a polyunsaturated Omega six fatty acid called linoleic acid, which appears to have problems at many levels for humans. I think that if you just cut these foods out you will become healthier obviously the optimal condition for this pursuit of the optimal human diet. You end up with something akin to an animal based diet and then we'll talk about proportions and macros as well.
