The Benefits of Loaded Stretching for Longevity

When do you need to be strong in a full squat position? It's mostly 90 degrees. Loaded stretching is probably the number one exercise that longevity requires because it does so many things at the same time. If you do loaded stretching for 60 to 90 seconds with a load that is challenging, you will absolutely build muscle by several mechanisms. So there is in my opinion, no better exercise for enticing purposes than loaded stretching.
