Time Concentric Movements - Control the Eccentrics
For me personally, sam over between a controlled eccentricmove, let's say anywhere from two to four seconds. I've never been a huge fan of time concentric movements. You always want to movein with max speed, and the research supports that. Time ind put as far away from me as i can and walk over. So rest intervals. And then the other one is time under tension. Charles palkan was a huge proponent of tinama under tension. Ome. Ther, that's how i rest. Well, that outumn that would be targeted muscle contraction.
