The only time boredom leads to sleep is if you are chronically underslept. Removing clock faces from your bedroom is one of the best pieces of advice that i can give you, by the way. Most people typically do as they sleep with their phone in their bedroom. I even if you're good and you keep your phoning, you don't look at it during the night.
