The Dark Side of Mindfulness

The issue here with overall messaging of mindfulness is often that it is, firstofall, very individual focused. It's not about creating changes in any of the systems that contribute to some of this. And it might even create a kind of spiritual ego, or mindful ego, that i am able to self regulate. So why is that person not able to do it? And it can create these group identities as well. That sub group of humans over there is not mindful. They're over reactive, and they're thisniss in this. I think that we need to acknowledge where a lot of this comes from in order for it to release its grip on us.
