Do They Have the Answers?

I think the power dynamics and the relational dynamics are really bad. It doesn't set a table where an agency can come to that table as an equal partner. And I think a lot of agencies right now aren't in that position. We always obviously want to be nice about it, but we also have to recognize there's times where they don't have the answer either.
