Is That Still Lifting Heavy?
If I can only curl 10 pounds, is that still lifting heavy? It's a very common question because people don't know what lifting heavy means. WCCA-1-1-2-6 said, stupid question. But for heaven's sakes, it is relative. The numbers are irrelevant here. And I think it's just finding what is heavy for you. That's the important thing. Other people's numbers are irrelevant. Like if I was going based off of what I could lift when I was 24, I can't lift that shit anymore. So like what was light to me then is now very heavy to me.
