The Chris and Paul Show
The Role of Reactive Oxygen in Muscle Fatigue
Felipe Felipe: Reactive oxygen species are a really, really interesting one. They're linked in some ways to lactate, which we'll talk about next. And I think basically it's doing a playing pretty key role in fatigue mechanisms,. particularly the calcium amylated fatigue mechanisms. He says that people are starting to see potential hypertrophyx signaling pathways being activated in the context of reactive oxygen species. But they didn't know that until they actually started looking at how muscle damage is attenuated in training. It's not hypertrophy whatsoever. It's just a muscle damage repair process.
