The way we run zero is a little different to other ventures in the sense that if you look at it, say Twitter or Facebook, they have a very traditional American kind of structure. And so everyone lines up inside a region, we try to reduce and eliminate as much of the cost as we can... We really run each country as a highly entrepreneurial micro zero.
