The Importance of Overreaching and Overtraining

There is a point where you have to do some damage. Fatigue is not a bad thing, especially if it's planned out and followed by recovery. If all you're ever doing is recovering, you're not going to be fast on the bike either. Overreaching can often be functional, meaning it's an intentional fatigue with some similar symptoms to overtraining.
