I feel like a lot of people do need to have that thing, like, i'm this guy first wher i gets you in the door. I like people would think of me as like a jump guy, and that gets you into the door but then i also do injury reduction and speed. It's cause it's just, it's stretching with te bar in your hand. It's loading tissue under tension. And they think they're just strength training. They think there, they thinking they're working out. Yes, that's where the magic of mobility is.
