The Effects of Low Cadence Work on Knee Cap Pain

The lower back is just an exposure to load rather than injury. The tissue is being overloaded and they're going to get cranky at times. We know that if an athlete has kneecap soreness in their adolescence, they're 50% likely to have it throughout the rest of their athletic years. I've experienced that myself where my knees, I've kind of had 30 years on and off knee cap pain. And yeah, there's definitely been times like anecdotally for me where I've done low cadence work,. whether that's strength endurance efforts up a hill and that has irritated my knees.
