Lactate and the Importance of Regular Measuring
It can be quite a pain on the back side when you're working with athletes and you ask them to do it themselves though because it's actually not as easy as you think. I've used it a little bit here because it was for being away overseas as well particularly after some Ironman specific sessions. But like you say you've got to have regular measurements and the more you take it the more useful it becomes for sure. The influence for example from huge on lactate and all that stuff you just scan it when you when you use it really regularly.
