People say tightness and hamstrings, right? Here it all the time. Hamstrings are tight. I pulled my hamstrings. Your hamstrings are over stressed. Yes. What we usually see is muscles like hip flexors and hamstrings that get strained a lot are actually more superficial muscles than those considered by most kinesiologists prime movers.
