There are a number of different mechanisms that go into your performance at threshold. And as you mentioned, threshold is not one fixed number on any given day. It's potentially a range. You can basically let's say if you have your thresholds on the bike and you're going at 305, then under certain circumstances, you might still get to another steady state.
