Breathing is such an integral part of our physiology and something we just ignore often. It's the phromatic breathing that takes you out of your head and out of those thoughts into a much calmer a way of being. The other interesting thing i found too, when i do a breathing session after a by grad in the morning, and, you know, ive only done a few sessions,. it's not great but i just happend to do a breathe session after i'd done a restorative yoga, 30 minutes of restorative Yoga, and wow, you can see the difference.
