Before COVID, we had this amazing space. The response from our community members was phenomenal. We were just starting to think about how were we going to crack the affordability piece. I remember so clearly walking into the community space in our midtown location and all of a sudden I picked up on everybody talking about the same thing: tomorrow, last day, we're not coming in anymore.
