How to Predict Running Time During a Mountainous Event
When i have an athlete that's training for a mountainous event, i try to forecast what percentage of time during the race. And this is really important. If the race has 400 feet of elevation change per mile, that's what we're going to target in training. Worry about the rate of them just worry about vertical feet because you know ultimately, whateo? Don't worry about smiles and don't narrowin using one of them as the change.
