So I just wanted to say it's a strength when somebody like you who is very creative minded has a strong point of view are actually able to partner with somebody that has a strong quantitative. Let's test point of view. But it really, it requires quite a bit of self confidence and kind of willingness to pursue what's best for the business over just what you want to see personally.
