Simon: I used to always go to gym like five, six times a week and did typical strength sessions. Now over the past few months, I made a change because I didn't want to spend that much time with you anymore. So I asked myself, how can I train less? How can I still have my results and not lose them? He says he's now doing full body workouts twice a week; they're 70 minutes or 80 minutes long.
