The first two 20-mile runs were back toback, with the three mile walk in between a was i i actually stoppedat at a coffee shop and got a nice coffee around mile 22. I think that one, i did almost five leters of water. A, but really, these first two lations, i dnt realy do a whole lot of intra run fueling. And then i'll start practising whatever fuel stratagem ongto be using,. just why i kind of get my body used to whatever that's going to be.
