How to Swing Leg Drills

The first time we did it, even for 15 seconds, my kids were like, damn, coach, that's tough. We don't want to have weight come behind where we're pushing because your spine is pushing a third of your body backwards. So we really focus on anchoring that down. Use the two, use the 200 grams, 200 grams is plenty. 500 grams a for 25 seconds. And again, we ramp it up over time. Everyone wants to put on like a 500 grams is a lot for a leg swing. Oh yeah. Well, especially for 40 seconds. Yeah. That's cool. All right.
