If you, if anybody's wondering why it seems like everything is falling apart right now, it's in part because relational trust has fallen apart. This isn't fluffy, touchy, feeli stuff. This is about making things work in a society where not a whole lot of things are working. You know, that's why leaders ought to be opening up these safe spaces, these trust building spaces, o for the sake of mission success.
