Do You Do Speed Work Training for Trail Races?

A lot of times i am running hillry peats, which is a form of speed work. You know, hills do make you faster a but the focus is the incline. I will get on the treadmill and set the incline to ten, maybe 13%. And just climb for an hour plus, really,. Just to prep the legs for all the climbing that you do. It adds up. So that is the more harder effort, running, harder effort ots that i would do in a trail run training cycle. But, no, ye, that's so.
