How to Move Into Consciousness
There's a difference between paying attention and being conscious of what you're doing. All healthy human beings prefer to operate in unconsciousness because it saves us energy. If you choose to be conscious, not all the time, you don't have to be conscious all day about everything. Just do it on occasion. Some of the ways I like are journaling,. You might stop every day and write down what happened today. Did I get up when I said I would or not? And if so, why not? What was going on?"
