i'm at a some of the weakest iave ever been on my grip strength in a long time. If i were to go dead lift right now, what would limit me from going beyond three 50 would be my grip,. Not my glut, ham string and back strength. A lot of that is cause i just am not consistently dead lifting and or doing farmer carries like was. You can also change the grip that you use by using your thumb, an pointer finger, middlefinr more just for the dexterity of it in holding it in place. Do three sets of some gripping, some strength, then you have isometric strength that you want to build right well.
