I think it's pretty shocking actually that often we don't really know what is in the foods that we eat. So for example if you read the ingredients of the back of something and the ingredients are listed it's pretty useless if you don't know what you're reading. That's such an important point, I mean a really good rule of thumb is if you don’t know what it is then it's almost certainly an ultra processed ingredient. There's a really important thing here to separate out processed food which is fine and ultra processed food. And this is what ultra processed food is, it's fake versions of real food.
