Don't Let Emotions Take Over

In 20 16, there was difficulty between you and your employees because they didn't see you as having any flaws in any way. And one of the issues fof that is that i take, before i responded to something emotionally, i would think about it logically first, and then make a response. My mistake as as an ex soldier, ando gets taughtto, think logic. Don't let emotions take over,. ecause you can get somebody killed a if someone came to move an issue on you.
