The term nutritious movement is too to liken movement to nutrients. Just eating even one nutritious food isn't nutritious, right? If you are just only to eat bananas, it's not going to be good for you. And the same goes for movement. Even us sitting your in this discussion, this is a mechanical environment that we are in. We're not exercising right now, but maybe we're sitting,. Maybe we're sitting in a unique position, or standing. You are moving all the time. And chances are the spectrum of movement that you're getting, even if you exercise, isn't meeting your individual particular needs.
