The Bifurcation of the Market

I'm hearing more negative stories from people who are having to leave the sector and go do something different. And again, I come back to it's a lack of commercial skills, and the sector isn't really investing in developing those skills. My advice to anyone in the sector is get an exit plan and get out as quickly as you can. We had at the IPA 250 members, creative agencies and media buyers, revenue per head was declining consistently year on year.
