How to Intentionally Learn an Industry in Six Months

The first thing I'm trying to learn is what makes up success at that organization. Dig very quickly as deep as possible on every industry about what is it that needs to be accomplished and what timeframe. And a lot of things, I've seen people turn over in organizations where they thought they had the whole year to hit their numbers because they were given an annual number. They didn't really know because they didn't hone in on that they needed to sell 100,000 in the first 90 days.
